Flexible and Considerate Appointment Policies
When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We never double-book and make every effort to be fully prepared for your visit. In return, we kindly ask that you honor your appointment and arrive on time. Please note that our practitioners are only compensated when services are delivered; therefore, missed appointments directly affect both our team and other patients seeking care.
We understand that situations may arise requiring you to cancel. If you need to do so, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice prevent us from filling that time slot.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged at your next visit.
No-Show Policy
Out of respect for our practitioners’ time, patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provide no advance notice will be charged the full fee for that visit.
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. For example, if you go into labor, the no-show fee will not apply.
Cancellation and no-show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before or at the next appointment. Please note that these fees are not covered by extended health insurance.
Arrival at the Clinic
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a complete session. This allows time to complete any necessary forms, change if needed, and prepare for treatment — and gives you a moment to unwind from your day.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as your appointment will end at its originally scheduled time out of courtesy to the next patient.
